SGTi-flex COVID-19 Ag là xét nghiệm miễn dịch định tính phát hiện kháng SARS-CoV-2 có trong mẫu bệnh phẩm tăm bông dịch tỵ hầu.

Kháng nguyên SARS-CoV-2 được lấy từ tăm bông trong dịch chiết và mẫu được chiết sau đó nhỏ vào giếng mẫu trên khay thử. Khi mẫu được nhỏ vào, kháng thể phát hiện liên kết với kháng nguyên SARS-CoV-2 thấm qua màng.

Thành phần của 1 bộ (4 món):

que lấy mẫu,
dung dịch,
đầu nhỏ dung dịch và
khay thử mẫu.

Hộp sản phẩm bao gồm

Mỗi hộp bao gồm 25 bộ test
Mỗi bộ test sẽ gồm 4 thành phần: que lấy mẫu, dung dịch, đầu nhỏ dung dịch và khay thử mẫu.

Nguyên lý hoạt động của bộ test SGTi-flex COVID-19 Ag

SGTi-flex COVID-19 Ag là xét nghiệm miễn dịch định tính phát hiện kháng SARS-CoV-2 có trong mẫu bệnh phẩm tăm bông dịch tỵ hầu. Kháng nguyên SARS-CoV-2 được lấy từ tăm bông trong dịch chiết và mẫu được chiết sau đó nhỏ vào giếng mẫu trên khay thử. Khi mẫu được nhỏ vào, kháng thể phát hiện liên kết với kháng nguyên SARS-CoV-2 thấm qua màng.

Phức hợp kháng thể-keo vàng và kháng nguyên SARS-CoV-2 di chuyển tới vùng vạch xét nghiệm và được tích luỹ bởi mỗi kháng thể bắt đã cố định trên màng. Do đó dẫn đến sự hình thành vạch màu đỏ. Cường độ của dải màu phụ thuộc vào số lượng kháng nguyên SARS-CoV- 2.

Các bước tiến hành để test như sau

Bước 1: lấy mấu thử.

Sử dụng tăm bông lấy mẫu một lần được cung cấp. Đưa tăm bông vào trong lỗ mũi, tăm bông chạm vào bề mặt của vòm họng sau. Tăm bông phải đạt đủ độ sâu bằng khoảng cách từ lỗ mũi đến lỗ tai ngoài. Nhẹ nhàng cọ xát và lăn tăm bông. Để tăm bông tại vị trí đó khoảng vài giây để hấp thụ dịch tiết.

Bước 2:

Đặt tăm bông lấy mẫu vào ống chiết đã có sẵn 300 μL dịch chiết và xoay ít nhất 5 lần. Vừa rút tăm bông ra khỏi ống vừa ấn và bóp vào thành bên của ống để chiết các dịch còn lại trên tăm bông. Tăm bông đã sử dụng được coi là rác thải có nguy cơ lây nhiễm và phải được tiêu hủy theo các quy định thích hợp.

Bước 3:

Lắp Đầu nhỏ giọt vào ống chiết chứa mẫu đã xử lý.

Bước 4:

Đảo ngược Ống chiết và nhỏ 3 giọt mẫu đã được xử lý vào giếng mẫu trên khay thử, Lưu ý: Sau khi giọt trước được thấm hoàn toàn thì mới nhỏ giọt tiếp theo.

Bước 5:

Đọc kết quả trong vòng 15-30 phút sau khi nhỏ mẫu. Kết quả dương tính có thể xuất hiện ngay sau khi phản ứng. Kết quả sau 30 phút không có giá trị.
